We store only what is needed for orders, delivery, support and fraud protection.
Email; Telegram ID and name when that login is used; a connected wallet address; order and payment history; balance; support requests; and technical security logs. Website statistics use a random first-party cookie; only its hash, date, page, and referral source are stored, without an IP address or account link.

Only processors needed for the selected flow: Telegram or Google for login, payment and blockchain providers for payment, and infrastructure or support suppliers. lazy shop does not receive or store bank-card details.
Records are kept as needed for the account, transactions, warranty, security, and mandatory records. Access controls, encrypted transport, logging, and backups are used.
You can edit your profile, unlink sign-in methods, or delete the account in the account area. Contact @lazyshopsupport about data. Deletion may exclude records that must remain for security and transaction accounting.
